Refund Policy


 

RETURN POLICY:

You may return most new, unused items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund if the item was damaged.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, simply write us an email with a short explanation about your concern. We will issue the RA (Return Authorization) or the EA (Exchange Authorization) and notify you via e-mail. Returns and exchanges will only be received by the warehouse if they have an authorization number issued by us. Freight charges are not refunded.

We will process your refund, once we've received the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of the shipment of your package; however, in many cases you will receive a refund earlier. This time period includes the transit time for your package to be delivered to our warehouse (5 to 10 business days) and the period it takes the banks to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

There will be a restocking fee for returns or exchanges within the allowed time frame, which is $7.00 per item.

No returns on sale items.

In the rare case of not having an item that you have purchased in stock, we will refund the money of the unavailable item and ship you the balance of the order after notifying you by email.
