Refund Policy


You may return most new, unused items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund if the item was damaged.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). There will be a restocking fee for returns and exchanges within the allowed time frame, which is $5.00 per item.

*No returns on sale items. Freight charges are not refunded.

If you need to return an item, simply write us an email with a short explanation about your concern. We will issue the RA (Return Authorization) or the EA (Exchange Authorization) and notify you via e-mail. Returns and exchanges will only be received by the warehouse if they have an authorization number issued by us. Your refund will go through, once we've received and processed the returned item
